1. Parties have compounded the offence. Terms of compromise have been recorded in the Order of the Court dated 18-1-1994.
2. ' Learned counsel for the State has no objection to compounding of offence. Accordingly this petition is converted into appeal and compounding of offence is allowed. The petitioner is acquitted of charges against him. He shall be set at liberty forthwith if not required in any other case.
