ORDER IFTIKHAR HUSSAIN CHAUDHRY, J.- The petitioner were involved in a case under Sections 354/452/148/149 PPC vide FIR No.220 dated 4.8.1994, P.S. Gogera, District Okara.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that they trespassed, into the house of the complainant, attacked women-folk and latter dragged were and mother of the complainant in the courtyard of the house.

3. The petitioners were allowed bail before arrest on 8.9.1994 after the Sessions Judge, Okara refused them the concession.

4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that it was affray between two neighbours and no case under Section 354 PPC made out; that both the Nasim Bibi and Sardar an Bibi are females. Muhammad Sale and Nasim Bibi are minors. Learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the complainant have opposed the grant of pre-arrest bail on the ground that it is an extra-ordinary concession.

5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the bail already granted to Muhammad Sale, Mst.

Sardaran Bibi Mst. Nasim Bibi is confirmed on the basis of their being women and minors whereas the application to the extent of Muhammad Bashir is dismissed.
