1. DECISION The appellant Karachi Transport Corporation was directed to deposit the back benefits within 15 days while admitting the appeal and granting ad interim stay on 9-8-1992. These orders were not complied with by the appellant Corporation. Finally on 2-10-1994 this Tribunal directed the Corporation to deposit the back benefits before the next date of hearing i.e, 24-10-1994 but even on that date the back benefits were not deposited and the default continues. The representative for the Corporation states that he is not able to make the deposit. This appeal is accordingly dismissed for noncompliance of the orders of this Tribunal.
