KAMAL MANSUR ALAM, J- The prosecution case, as disclosed in FIR No. 147/96 of PS Saudabad of Karachi-East, is that on 14-7-1996 at about 5.30 in the morning while the complainant SHO of PS Saudabad was on patrol duty he received information about the presence of certain persons near((Page blur))villege armed with deadly weapons. On receiving such information about the complainant proceeded to the place. 2. From the police papers available with the A.A.G., it appears that neither any empty was recovered nor any person was injured by firing between the parties nor any property was damaged. These circumstances render the prosecution story doubtful. The learned A.A.G, also does not oppose the application. We accordingly consider applicant's case as of further enquiry and as such allow this application and grant bail to the applicant on his furnishing surety in .The-'sum of Rs. 1.00:000 - and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
