KHALIL-UR-REHMAN RAMDAY, J. - It is submitted that according to the allegations contained in the F.I.R, read with the story narrated by the alleged abductee through her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it transpires that the main culprit of the entire episode was Zaheer Ahmad and that Khaliq Dad petitioner had only assisted the said Zaheer Ahmad in the matter in question. It is further submitted that Khaliq Dad who had assisted the abductee in her release from the clutches of Zaheer Ahmad accused as he was the one who taken the abductee on a train had and then left her alone. The said Zaheer accused is in jail while the alleged abductee has returned to her husband.
2. In view of the above, I find that the petitioner has made out a case for his release on bail. He is consequently admitted to bail in case F.I.R. No. 143/96 of P.S. Qadirabad of District Mandi Bahauddin subject to his furnishing security in the sum of Rs. 25,000/= with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court. revisions by the competent authorities.
