ORDERKHALIL-UR-REHMAN RAMDAY, J.- The two respondents stand saddled only with lalkaras in the occurrence in question. They were both empty handed and were burdened with no contribution whatsoever towards the murder of the deceased. It was their brother Shahid who is alleged to have shot the deceased to death.
2. In. The circumstances. I do not find any reason to interfere w ith the discretion exercised by the learned Sessions Judge nor am 1 persuaded to recall the concession of bail extended to the respondents on the very' word of petitioner's mouth that the respondents were abusing the concession of bail.3. This petition is, therefore, dismissed.
