FALAK SHER, J. - Post arrest bail is being sought for in the case registered vide FIR No.1 of 1-1-1996 under Article 3 of the Prohibition (Enforcement of Hadd) Order 1979 read with section 14 of the Pakistan Arms Ordinance, 1965, at police station Kamar Mushani, District Mianwali alleging recovery of 250 grams of heroin, 3 KG Charas, 2 pistols with 20 live cartridges and one revolver with I6 cartridges from the petitioner's house jointly occupied by his father and brother, upon a tip off.

Contending that despite the lapse of more than one year not a single witness has been adduced by the prosecution hitherto thus rendering conclusion of the trial out of sight and the bail can't be withheld as punishment; factum whereof remained uncontroverted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State on the basis of the information furnished by the police official in attendance equipped with record. Persuaded whereby petitioner is allowed bail on furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. revisions by the competent authorities.
