' Dr. Muhammad Shafiq petitioner being accused in case F.I.R. No,371, dated 10-11-1994 registered under section 39-A of Electricity Act, with Police Station Sadar Muridke, District Sheikhupura seeks interim pre-arrest bail through this petition under section 498, Cr.P.C.
2. The petitioner previously moved bail application before the Sessions Court and bail was granted to him by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura in the sum of Rs,20,000 with one surety.
3. On 5-4-1995 the petitioner did not appear before the Court nor filed bail bonds; the learned Additional Sessions Judge dismissed the bail application of the petitioner.
4. The petitioner again applied for bail but the same was not granted as the petitioner concealed the facts and did not disclose that his previous application was dismissed due to non-appearance and non-filing of the bail bonds.
5. I have heard the argument of learned counsel for the petitioner at length. From the perusal of record, it is apparent that the petitioner concealed the facts before the learned Additional Sessions Judge regarding dismissal of his bail application due to non-appearance and non-filing of the bail bonds. Learned counsel was unable to give any reasonable argument why the petitioner suppressed the facts before the learned Additional Sessions Judge. The conduct of the petitioner itself is sufficient to refuse extraordinary discretionary relief. He has also misused the concession of bail granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Dismissed.
