ORDER FALAK SHER, J.- Petitioner having been arrested in the case registered vide FIR No.418 of 18.10.1992 under sections 10/16 of Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance 1979 at police station Tandlianwala District Faisalabad alleging abduction of the complainant's paternal married piece Mst. Fateh Bibi couple of days prior thereto by the petitioner with the connivance of their immediate neighbours including women folk, has sought post arrest bail.
2. Contending belated lodging of the FIR by 3 days, exoneration of the co-accused has rendered the prosecution story doubtful, with the completion of investigation he is no more required by the investigating agency on which count he has already suffered 11/2 years incarceration while commencement of the trial is not in sight.
3. Which has been opposed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State without controverting the contentions urged on the basis of the record adduced.

In view whereof petitioner is allowed bail upon furnishing bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. revisions by the competent authorities.
