ORDER

' It is submitted that petitioner is behind the bar since 27-9-1992 and statutory right of bail has accrued to him.

2. I have heard the arguments and gone through the file. Admittedly the petitioner is behind the bar for more than two years and there is no likelihood of early fixation of this appeal. In this way he has earned the statutory right of bail. Without touching the merits of the case I suspend the sentence and admit the petitioner to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs, one Lakh with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Sahiwal.
