1. MANZOOR HUSSAIN, SIAL, J.---After hearing learned counsel for petitioners and going through the record with his assistance, we grant leave to appeal in this case to consider whether the principles governing the appraisal of evidence as laid down by this Court were correctly applied to convict the petitioners on murder charge.
