ORDER IJAZ NISAR, -J.- Amjad Khan, Sajid Khan and Muzaffar Khan petitioners are charged with ineffectively firing at Sarfaraz Khan etc. It is stated that there is a cross version of the case and the accused of the cross case leading to the death of Mst. Manzooran have since been released on bail. Nobody is said to have been hurt on account of the firing of the petitioners.
2. Muhammad Jaffar, A.S.I, states that the challan against the petitioners has been submitted under section 324 PPC and not under section 302 PPC.
In the above circumstances, it appears to be a case of further inquiry. Accordingly, the petitioners are allowed bail in the sum of Rs. Twenty five thousand with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Ilaqa Magistrate, Depalpur.
