1. It is an admitted fact that civil suit was filed in December, 1988 while the impugned F.I.R. Was got registered on 19-2-1994 relating to same subject-matter. This being so, following the law laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court in PLD 1967 SC 317, PLD 1968 SC 281 and 1982 SCM R 988 and the High Court in the case of Faqir Muhammad and others v. Ch. Ali Muhammad and others 1992 PCr.LJ 1085, the proceedings before the Criminal Court shall remain stayed till such time the controversy is finally decided by the learned Civil Judge, Lahore. After the decision of the civil suit, copy of the judgment shall be forwarded by the learned Civil Judge to the S.H.O. Police Station Naseerabad, District Lahore to enable him to proceed further according to law. The learned Civil Judge, Lahore before whom the suit is pending shall dispose of the same expeditiously.
2. ' With this observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
