RAJA MUHAMMAD SABIR, J. - This is a petition for cancellation of to respondents No.2 to 4 by this Court on 14- 1-1997. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents No.2 to 4 and others have extended threat of murder to the petitioner and that there is an apprehension of mishap at their hands in case the bail is not cancelled.
2. Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4, on the other hands states that no threat of any kind whatsoever was extended to the complainant/petitioner or any of her witness and that the ground of threat has been concocted to get their bail cancelled.
3. Hammad Akhtar, SI states that no such application regarding threat etc. Was ever submitted by the petitioner to him during investigation or thereafter.
4. Arguments heard and record perused. Normally the complainants take a idea of extending threat against the accused, when bail is granted to them. The petitioner has not produced any material in support of her contention that respondents No.2 to 4 have extended any threat of dire consequences to her or her witnesses. I am not satisfied with the bare allegation levelled by the petitioner in the present petition. In case there was any threat, the petitioner would have gone to the I.O. With a written application but neither such an application has been made before the I.O.
Nor any affidavit of the prosecution witnesses has been attached with the file. In these circumstances, I am not persuaded to believe the plea raised by the petitioner regarding threat and consequently this petition is dismissed.
