SAEED-UR-REHMAN FARRUKH, J.--- The petitioner is involved in a case FIR No. 330/96 dated 15.9.1996, under Sections 10,13 & 14 Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979, registered at Police Station Naulakha, Lahore.
The allegation against the petitioner is that -she was found peredelicto with some persons in the room of a hotel. It is submitted that the case against the petitioner is false and she being a female is entitled to the concession of hail in terms of Section 497 Cr.P.C. It is also submitted that the medico-legal report-falsifies the allegations.

Without going into the merits of the case and keeping in view that the petitioner who is a female has already suffered for more than four months in the judicial lock-up, she is allowed bail, subject to her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
