ORDER

' Learned counsel for the parties state that there has been a compromise between the parties in accordance with which the appellant has undertaken to withdraw the civil suit filed by him pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Lahore. It is further stated by them that in accordance with the said compromise, the appellant does not press the application for temporary injunction, which is disposed of, as having been withdrawn.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has also undertaken not to manufacture or market any air or oil filter under the name of International or National or some other name having similar connotation. The respondent has also agreed to withdraw the application filed by him before the Registrar of Trade Marks. The parties have also agreed that the criminal complaint before the Magistrate shall be withdrawn by the appellant and the printed material taken into possession by the learned Magistrate may be handed over to the appellant.

' The appeal stands disposed of in the above terms.
