1. MIAN ABDUL KHALIQ, J.- This is an application for bail in case FIR No. 29/94 registered at Police Station Sadar Okara on 19.1.94 under sections 377/511 /506 PPC read with section 18/12 Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hadood) Ordinance VII, 1979 on the complaint of Ghulam Subhani. The allegation against the petitioners and co-accused is that they attempted to commit sodomy with Muhammad Asif and Ghulam Mustafa. Muhammad Asif, Ghulam Mustafa, Ghulam Subhani complainant, Noor Muhammad, Muhammad Aslam and Muhammad Ali P.Ws, had submitted affidavits exonerating the petitioners. In the circumstances the petitioners are admitted to bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Okara.
