1. RAJA AFRAS1AB KHAN, J.- The petitioner Muhammad Younas alias Jouni seeks his post arrest bail in a case registered against him and another under section 302/34 PPC with Police Station, City Daska, Sialkot on 9.9.1988. The petitioner was armed with a rifle with which he fired on the chest of Ehsanul Haq who died as a result of the said injury. He is named in the FIR with a specific role in the commission of the crime. The charge against the petitioner is punishable with death or imprisonment for life and as such his case does fall under the prohibitory clause of section 497 Cr.P.C. No case for grant of bail relief has been made out by the learned counsel. There is, thus, no substance in this petition which is hereby dismissed.
