It is stated that the petitioner is working as S.D.O. In Highway Sub---Division, Ahmedpur East and that due to mala fide reasons the respondent is bent upon reverting the petitioner as Sub-Engineer and post him in South Zone, Lahore. It is, therefore, contended that the respondent be restrained from reverting and transferring the petitioner out.

During the arguments learned counsel has produced a copy of Order No. SDO (C&W) 3-60/89, dated 24th October, 1992, issued by Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Communication and Works Department, saying that the petitioner on expiry of his current charge appointment as S.D.O., is directed to report to Chief Engineer,, Highway, South Zone, Lahore, for his 6uther posting.
3. It is admitted that the petitioner has been demoted on disciplinary charge. As a matter of fact the petitioner wants setting aside of the aforesaid posting order and his reversion on disciplinary grounds. Needless to say that these matters relate to the terms and conditions of service and disciplinary matters which fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Service Tribunal and Article 212 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, bars the jurisdiction of any other Court to take cognizance of such matters. In this view of the matter, the jurisdiction of this Court having been ousted, this matter cannot be entertained. This petition, therefore, is dismissed in limine being not maintainable. revisions by the competent authorities.
