ORDER

KHAIJL UR REHMAN RAMDAY, J.-The accusation against Boota and Ghulam Murtaza petitioners is that having armed themselves with i.e arms, they had accompanied Akram, Khawar and Amanat Ali accused to the house of the deceased party whereafter, Akram and Khawar accused entered the room where they fired shots at Bashir deceased whereas Amanat Ali fired a shot at the wife of Bashir deceased, namely, Mst. Hejran P.W. When she rushed out of the room in addition to which, there is a general allegation against all the accused persons that after doing the above noticed damage, they went away raising LALKARAS and firing shots in the air.

2. This being so Muhammad Boota and Ghulam Murtaza petitioners are released on bail in case FIR No. 103 dated 30.5.1993 of P.S. Mannanwala of district Sheikhupura which FIR stands registered for the alleged commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 302/324/452/148/149 PPC subject to each one of them furnishing security in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Sheikhupura.
