MALIK MUHAMMAD QAYYUM, J.- This Order may be read in conjunction with the order dated 8.2.1994.
2. According to the report of the Bailiff, the detune was not only detained in illegal detention but was also physically tortured. Prima facie, these allegations, if true, constitute offences punishable under the law.
According, it is directed that a copy of the report of the Bailiff and of this order shall be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Khushab for registration ol a case against the delinquents. The case when registered shall be proceeded with, with due promptitude and without any inordinate delay.
With these observations, this petition is disposed of.
