1. AHMED SAEED AWAN , J. - Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered with Police Station Khushab, for an offence under section 302/34 PPC. The challan after investigation was submitted to Special Court for Speedy Trial. Before the commencement of trial the said Court ceased to exist and now the petitioner will have to be tried by Sessions Judge and in these circumstances we feel the petitioner should approach the said Court at the first instance seeking bail Petition is being disposed of with a direction that petitioner may i.e an application for bail before the Sessions Judge. Petition is disposed of.
