1. AMIR MALIK, J.- Contentions raised are that no definite injury had been attributed to the petitioner, those attributed on the person of Ghulam Muhammad, P.W. Were found simple and by blunt object and that only general firing had been ascribed. FIR has been read out in Court. The petitioner along- with other i.e brothers, out of whom one has been declared a proclaimed offender, carrying deadly i.e-arms weapons assaulted, one person was murdered at the spot, 8 persons injured including a lady of the complainant family. As many as 147 empties of. 22 bore rifle S. 98 empties of 12 bore guns and 23 empties of 7 M.M. Rifles were recovered by the police from the spot. It does not seem to be a case of vast net. No ground for bail. Dismissed and at the same time request to withdraw the petition is declined.
