FALAK SHER, J.- Petitioner having been convicted and sentenced under sections 302/34 PPC to imprisonment for life for having conspired with the co- convicts lor the murder of her husband's second wife Mst. Robina deceased vide the impugned judgment dated 29.12.1993 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faisalabad has sought suspension thereof primarily urging femininity, delivery ol a child during incarceration conceived prior thereto and inherent infirmity in the conspiratorial evidence.
2. Persuaded thereby the petitioner is allowed bail upon furnishing bond in the sum ol Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C. Faisalabad.
