1. DECISION These are two applications under section 50 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, for interpretation of settlement. I propose to dispose of these applications by common order, as the point involved in both the applications is common. The one application is by the Union and the other is by the Management. The learned Representatives want me to interpret certain Settlements on the basis of evidence filed by them in the shape of A affidavit. This cannot be done. Under section 50 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969,1 have no power to modify the Settlements once arrived at. The applications are dismissed.
