ORDER

KHALIL-UR-REHMAN RAMDAY, J.- Suspension of sentences of the petitioners is, being sought mainly on this ground that in spite of the period of two years having passed, the appeal has not been disposed of. It is also contended that the injuries inflicted by the petitioners have been declared simple and that there is no allegation that they had caused any injury to the deceased.

2. Keeping in view the above facts, the petition is allowed. The sentences of the petitioners are suspended. They shall be released on bail provided they furnish bail bonds each in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty i.e thousand) with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C. Chiniot.
