ORDER

RAJA AFRASIAB KHAN, J.- The respondents, Bagh Ali. Mukhtar Ahmad and Ali Ahmad were admitted to bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Depalpur, on 14.5.1994 in a case registered against them under section 10/11 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979, with police station City Depalpur, District Okara, vide FIR No.147/94 dated 9.5.1994. This application has been moved by the complainant Bagh Ali for cancellation of the to the accused in the case.

2. It is argued that there is sufficient evidence to connect the accused with the commission of the crime. The learned State counsel have opposed the petition for cancellation of bail. It has been brought to the notice of the court that the girl is aged 18 years and the accused have been declared to be innocent by the police. This being so, there is no substance in the petition which is hereby dismissed.
