MIAN SAEED UR REHMAN FARRUKEH, J.- The petitioner is involved in a case under Article 3/4 of Prohibition (Enforcement of Hadd) Order, 1979 registered at Police Station City Pakpattan Sharif vide FIR No.126/94 and the allegation against him is that his person was checked by the police party which was on patrol duty and one Kuppi of liquor was recovered from his possession.
2. It is submitted that the case against the petitioner is false and fake recovery has been foisted upon him. The petitioner is behind the bar for quite sometime and the offence with which he is charged is punishable with sentence of two years R.I.
3. Keeping in view these facts the petition is accepted and the petitioner is allowed bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C/Duty Magistrate, Pakpattan.
