1. FALAK SHER, J.- Bail is being sought in the case registered vide FIR No. 31 of 16.1.1994 under Articles 3/4 of the Prohibition (Enforcement of Hadd) Order, 1979 at police station Satellite Town, Gujranwala alleging recovery of 1000 grams (1 K.G.) of charas at petitioner's instance while in custody in the case registered vide FIR No. 19 of 10.1.1994 under section 392 PPC at the same police station.
2. Contending false involvement in four criminal cases in quick succession by the same police station invoking different statutory provisions inclusive of the two referred to supra, Article 3 ibid in the absence of evidence as to sale is not attracted and with the submission of challan is no more required by the investigating agency.
3. Which has been opposed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State without joining issue with the former contention on the basis of record adduced by the police official.
4. In view whereof, petitioner is allowed bail upon furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C.
