ORDER

SAJJAD AHMAD SIPRA, J.- The petitioner is one of the accused under sections 10.11 and I6 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979 and section 14 of the Offences Against Property (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979 vide F.I.R. No. 150 dated 9.6.1993 registered at Police Station Garjakh District Gujranwala.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the State were heard at length in respect of the contentions raised herein. Taking into consideration that the petitioner in the first instance was only the alleged abductee that she was made accused in the instant case later on purportedly, as she refused to support the case of the complainant; and further taking into consideration that she has been in judicial custody for over six months and is no longer required by the police and that she is neither a previous convict nor a hardened criminal and as her case falls within the ambit of first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 497 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is hereby allowed bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the A.C./Duty Magistrate, Gujranwala. revisions by the competent authorities.
