ABDUL KHALIQ, J.- Respondent No.1 was admitted to post-arrest bail by this Court in case FIR No.328/92 registered under section 18 Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hadood) Ordinance VII, 1979 registered at Police Station Chuang. The petitioner has moved this application for cancellation of to the respondent on the sole ground that he was threatening the witnesses. The prosecution evidence has already been recorded. The case is in the Court of Mr. Muhammad Arif, Addl: Sessions Judge, Lahore, for recording defence evidence.
2. The learned Additional Sessions Judge shall conclude the trial within two months. With this direction the petition stands disposed of.
