SAJJAD AHMED SIPRA, J.- The petitioner is none of the accused in a case registered vide FIR No. 247/91 dated 10.8.1991 under Sections 10(2)/16 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood)
Ordinance, 1979 at Police Station Baseerpur, District Okara.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the State were heard at length in respect of the contentions raised herein. Taking into consideration that the petitioner is no longer required by the police and that she is neither a previous convict nor a hardened criminal and, being a woman, her case is duly covered under the provisions of first proviso to Sub-Section (1) of Section 497 Cr.P.C.; the petitioner is hereby allowed bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the A.C./Duty Magistrate, Okara.
