1. ORDERMALIK AKHTAR HUSSAIN, J.- This petition smacks more of vindictiveness than a desire to seeking justice. The allegations levelled against Raja Abdul Aziz Bhatti, Advocate/respondent No.1, related to the discharge of his professional duties. He stated at the bar that he communicated to the lower Court the precise order passed by this Court and nothing more. That should rest all misgivings entertained by the petitioner. I do not feel inclined to further proceed with the matter especially for contempt. As regards the other two respondents, they have already been sufficiently punished by limine dismissal of their writ petition. That should be a reason to &tisfy the present applicant as justice was done on merits of the case. The petition is dismissed in limine.
