' This order will dispose of the following petitions for post-arrest bail:- ' Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 506/B, 584/B, 611/B, 684/B, 806/B, 834/B, 850/B, 956/B, 1001/B, 1020/B, 1069/B, 1078/B, 1083/B, 1097/B, 1124/B, 1134/B, 1145/B, 1205/B, 1467/B, 1532/B, 1559/B and 1573/B of 1993.
The petitioners in these petitions who are involved in a case under section 302, P.P.C. Arising out of F.I.R. No,22/93, dated 15-1-1993, registered at Police Station Gowalmandi, Lahore, seek to be admitted to post-arrest bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the Chief Minister Punjab vide his Letter No,PA/SCM-344/D-93, dated 29-4-1993, has directed the complainant to withdraw the case against the petitioners on humanitarian ground. He further submits that there is general allegation against the petitioners and no specific part has been attributed to anybody except that they are responsible for mass killing of patients due to non-cooperation with the doctoRs,
3. Learned Law Officer appearing for the State has conceded this position that the Chief Minister has directed the complainant to withdraw the case against the petitioners vide letter referred to above.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties I find that in view of the latest development i,e.
Direction of the Chief Minister to withdraw the case against the petitioners and also keeping in view that there is general allegation against them, the case against the petitioner in each case is one of further inquiry; hence the petitioners in each petition are admitted to bail in the sum of Rs,30,000 (thirty thousand only) with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the A.C. Sadar, Lahore.
