' The present writ petition contended for a direction for registration of a case in respect of the complaint annexed hereto. Briefly stated, the complaint is to the effect that the petitioner was cultivating the land situated in village Kakke Tibba, Police Station Saddar Chiniot, in pursuance to a lease agreement and that there was a dispute regarding the lease land between Sheikh Ahmad and respondent No,5 herein namely, Safdar Hussain Shah, and that therefore, the said respondent No,5, alongwith some other persons had abused the petitioner and his other family members and thereafter thrown the household goods out of his house and had forcibly taken away two attache- cases consisting of clothes and Rs,10,000 and one licensed pistol.
2. Respondent No,1/S.H.O. Stated that on the complaint of the, petitioner 'Rapt' No,33 dated 11-10- 1992 was registered and that both the parties were confronted with each other but the petitioner had not recognized respondent No,5 and had further refused to discuss the matter with him.
Further submitted that according to him the complaint was false. Further submitted that he had never harassed the petitioner and that he shall only deal with him in accordance with law.

On a question by the Court, it was conceded on behalf of the petitioner that there was no lease agreement in respect of the land in question, pursuant to which the petitioner was at the house/Dera in question. The petitioner further stated that he had gone to the site only 5/7 days before the occurrence, whereas it has been clearly stated in paras Nos.1 and 2 of the writ petition that the petitioner was in-possession of the land in question by virtue of the lease agreement.
4. In view of what has been stated above, no case is made out for invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court for a direction for the registration of a case as contended. Therefore, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed with the observation that anything said herein shall not be a bar to the petitioner taking any action warranted in accordance with law for the redress of his grievances stated herein through a private complaint.
