SAJJAD AHMED SIPRA, J.-'The petitioner is an accused in a case registered vide F.I.R. No. 248/92, dated 12.10.1992, under sections 337- A(i)/380/34 PPC, later on amended to sections 302/324/452/34 PPC at Police Station Saddar Renala Khurd, District Okara.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the State were heard at length, in respect of the contentions raised herein. It was confirmed on behalf of the State that as contended herein, the petitioner was declared innocent in the police investigation and that, therefore, his name has been placed in column No. 2 of the challan submitted to the Court.
3. Therefore, in view of what has been stated above, the petitioner is hereby allowed bail in th% sum of Rs. 50,000 with two sureties in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C./Duty Magistrate, Okara.
