' The present petition contends for cancellation of pre-arrest bail allowed to respondents Nos.1 to 8 vide order, dated 22-9-1992 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faisalabad. The case in question was registered vide F.I.R. No,418, dated 16-8-1992 under sections 420, 406, 467 and 471, P.P.C. At Police Station Jaranwala, District Faisalabad.

The cancellation of the pre-arrest bail allowed is contended, inter alia, on the ground that it has been decided by the Superior Courts that in cases, as the present one, the civil remedy is not a bar to criminal proceedings; and that both the actions, i,e. Civil and criminal can be dealt with and decided independently.
3. The Police Officer, present before the Court, submitted that according to the legal opinion of the D.S.P. (Legal), the challan shall be submitted only after taking into consideration the decision of the Civil Court in the case pertaining to the same subject-matter, as in the instant case.
