1. It is informed by learned AA.-G. And Mr. Sanaullah Qureshi, Advocate that a notification has been issued by the Government of Sindh dated 18-3-1993 appointing Council Officers, Taxation Officers, and Chief Executives of the Council as' Chairman of Arbitration Council under section 2(b) of the Family Law Ordinance, 1961.
2. ' Learned counsel for petitioner state that they are satisfied with notification but they express apprehension that the officers may not perform their functions as required. If that is so, the aggrieved parties are always at liberty to approach this Court or take other legal proceedings for direction to the concerned appointees to discharge their functions in accordance with law.
3. ' Petition S-85/92 is disposed of accordingly.
