' This Constitution petition assails the order dated 13th June, 1989 whereby the District Judge, Faisalabad (respondent No,2) dismissed an application seeking the transfer application filed by the petitioner with regard to two ejectment petitions filed by respondent No,1 against the petitioner which are pending in the Court of Kh. Zafar Iqbal, Rent Controller, Faisalabad. During the course of hearing of this petition, the petitioner and the contesting respondent No,1 who is the landlord have both agreed that the ejectment petitions be withdrawn from the Court of Rent Controller, Faisalabad and be transferred for its trial to a Rent Controller at Lahore.

2. In view of this agreement between the parties the two ejectment petitions titled `Sh. Mahmood Akhtar v. Ghulam Ali' are withdrawn from the Court of Kh. Zafar Iqbal, Rent Controller/Faislabad and are transferred for trial to the Court of Senior Civil Judge/Rent Controller, Lahore for its trial. The learned Senior Civil Judge shall dispose of the two applications for ejectment within a period of two months from today. The parties shall appear before the Senior Civil Judge Lahore on 23rd of September, 1989. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

' Copy of this order shall be transmitted to Kh. Zafar Iqbal, Rent Contriler, Faisalabad and the District Judge, Faislabad so that the reocrd of the two petitions is immediately transmitted to the Court of Senior Civil Judge. revisions by the competent authorities.
