' SH. IJAZ NISAR, J.---This is an application for the suspension of sentence of Falak Sher who has been convicted under sections 302,324/34 P.P.C. and 337-A Qisas and Diyat Ordinance and sentenced to various terms of imprisonment, plus fine.
2. It is contended that he is not alleged to have caused any injury to the deceased. He was attributed blunt weapon injury to Zafar Iqbal P.W. who was not examined. He was awarded lenient sentence being an old man of 70/75 years of age.
3. In view of the above circumstances, we are inclined to suspend his sentence. We order accordingly. He shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bounds in the sum of Rs,50,000 with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C., Okara.
