AUSAF ALI KHAN, J.~ Through this petition, the passed by me on the 21st instant is sought to be modified to the extent of inclusion of section 368, P.P.C., therein. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that earlier the section was not mentioned in the F.I.R, and that, therefore, ;it was not pressed into sendee in the main bail application. He prays for incorporation thereof in the bail order.
2. There is no denying the fact that no allegation under section 368 P.P.C., was levelled against the petitioners in the F.I.R. It has been invoked much after. Even otherwise, invocation of the section will not make much difference respecting fate of the case. Therefore, the petitioners shall also be deemed to have been admitted to bail under section 368, P.P.C.
