2. According to prosecution the appellant was arrested at the disclosure of one Khuda Bux from whom 8 grams of heroin 160 grams of Charas was recovered. Khuda Bux further disclosed that contraband material thrown at the site belonged to the appellant. Besides there is variance in the statements of the two witnesses produced by the prosecution. I am therefore inclined to allow the appellant to be released on bail subject to furnishing one surety to the tune of Rs,25,000 (twenty- five thousand) and P. R. Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
