' This judgment will dispose of three Constitutional Petitions No, 11227, 11228 and 11229 of 1991.

2. In W.P. No, 11227 of 1991 the ejectment petition of the landlord was rejected vide order dated 30-6- 1991 of the Rent Controller but the appeal was accepted vide order dated 7-11-1991 by the learned Additional District Judge, Both the learned counsel for the parties are present with Abdul Latif petitioner and Muhammad Rafique, respondent No,1. The parties have entered into a compromise to the following effect:--

(a) That the petitioner has admitted both respondents 1 and 2 as landlords of the property in question.

(b) That the rent of the disputed property from Ist of May, 1993 would be Rs,500 instead of Rs,70 per mensem and that the rent will be increased to the extent of 10 per cent. After every year.

(c) It is also agreed that in case of ejectment by the respondents-landlords, they will serve six months' notice upon the petitioner before the institution of any ejectment petition

(d) That the petitioner will not sublet the property in dispute.

3. W.P. No, 11228 of 1991 relates to the ejectment of Sharaf Din petitioner from the disputed house and the parties present in Court have entered into a compromise which is as under:--

(a) That the petitioner has admitted respondents Nos,1 and 2 as landlords of the house in question.

(b) That the rent of the house in question will be Rs,300 instead of 40 from 1st of May, 1993 and that there will be 10 per cent. Increase in the rent after every year.

(c) That the petitioner will hand over the vacant possession of the house in dispute on or before 19- 4-1995 failing which the respondents will be entitled to file an execution petition. It is also agreed that the petitioner will not sublet the property in favour of any other person.

4. W.P. No, 11229 of 1991 relates to the ejectment of Khalilur Rehman, petitioner from the disputed shop and the parties present in Court have entered into a compromise the terms-whereof are as under:--

(a) That the petitioner has admitted respondents Nos,1 and 2 as landlords of the shop in question.

(b) That the rent of the property will be Rs,1,200 per mensem instead of Rs,40 and there will be 10 per cent. Increase in the rent after every year.

(c) In case of ejectment by the respondents landlords they will serve the petitioner with six months' notice. It is also agreed that there will be no subletting by the petitioner.

5. It is also agreed, in all the cases, that the respondents will be entitled to withdraw all the rent deposited in the trial Court by all the petitioneRs, On application by the respondents, the learned Rent Controller will pass the order in favour of the respondents accordingly.

' All the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of compromise, which A has been arrived at and terms whereof have been dictated in presence of the parties and their learned counsel.

' There is no order as to costs.
