SAJJAD AHMED SIPRA, J.-- The petitioner is accused of an offence under section 302 P.P.C., vide F.I.R.
No. 321/92, dated 28-8-1992, registered at Police Station Basirpur, District Okara.
2. According to the F.I.R., in brief, the petitioner is alleged to have caused death of the deceased Mst. Ashran Bibi by hitting her on the head with a "Thapa"
3. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the complainant, the lady petitioner is hereby admitted to bail under the provisions of first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 497 Cr. P.C., as admittedly the alleged petitioner has given birth to a child in the jail and as she is no longer required by the police, and as she is neither a hardened criminal nor a previous convict, in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the A.C./Duty Magistrate, Depalpur, District Okara.
