1. This application is for quashment of the proceedings which is pending for the last about 15 years.
2. However, the learned Assistant Advocate-General undertakes that the trial Court will complete the case within a period of two months from today. In view of the above undertaking the present miscellaneous application is dismissed as withdrawn but the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case positively within two months from today.
