The parties state that they have finally compromised the matter. It is further stated by Bagh Ali complainant-P.W. That he has compounded the offences in question with the appellants. Let the statement of Bagh Ali complainant (injured P.W.) be recorded.
2. The statement of Bagh Ali complainant P.W. Has been separately recorded.
3. He has deposed before this Court that he had been injured by the appellants in the occurrence in question; that he has been adequately compensated by the appellants who have undertaken to live peacefully with him in future and that he has, therefore, compounded the offences of which the two appellants stand convicted.
4. In view of the compromise reached between the parties which I am satisfied has been entered into voluntarily and of the free will of the parties, I permit composition of the offences under section 323/324/325, P.P.C.
5. Consequently, this appeal is allowed and the two appellants are acquitted of the charges under sections 323/34, 324 and 325/34, P.P.C. After setting aside the impugned judgment alongwith the above-mentioned conviction and the sentences recorded against the two appellants.
6. Both the appellants are on bail. They are set at liberty after being discharged from their bail/surety bonds.
