1. ORDER Saad Saood Jan (Chairman).--The appellant joined service as a Senior Clerk in the Directorate of Animal Husbandary, West Pakistan, Lahore on 1-7-1964, his services were transferred to the Lahore Milk Board which is an autonomous body constituted in pursuance of the West Pakistan Milk Board Ordinance, XXXVll of 1963. He earned some promotion under the Board and in 1974 he was holding the post of Superintendent. On 18-3-1974 the Project Director of the Board sent a Memorandum to him which reads follows:-- "It will be no longer neceesary to retain you in this plant You are, therefore, directed to hand over the charge to the Accounts Officer and report to the Secretary to the Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Lahore, on 19-3-1974." Against this order the appellant has come to this Tribunal. It may be stated that under the Punjab Administrative Tribunals Act only the terms and conditions of a civil servant can be the subject- matter of an appeal before the Tribunal. What the appellant wishes to agitate in this appeal is not his terms and conditions as civil servant but those which were available or applicable to him as an employee of the Board The orders which the Board issues with relation to its employees are not amenable to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal. This appeal therefore, does not lie and is hereby dismissed ln limine.
