1. Mst. Begum has filed this Constitutional petition stating therein that she got married to respondent No.6 Raza Muhammad 5/6 years earlier and out of this wedlock a girl was born. It is stated--that the aforementioned respondent sent Talaqnama on 17-6-1991 n proceedings before Chairman Arbitration Council also commenced. It is the case of the petitioner that Raza Muhammad respondent at the behest of his relatives had made an application to Superintendent of Police, Bhakkar stating therein that the alleged Talaqnama was procured in a surreptitious manner by playing fraud upon him. Grievance has been made that the police functionaries are illegally harassing the petitioner and putting pressure upon her to submit to the wishes of respondent No.6.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the contents of this petition. This writ petition appears to have been manoeuvred by Muhammad Hassan son of Jewan Khan to whom according to the averments made in this petition, the petitioner-intends to marry after the completion of her Iddat period. This aspect is fortified by para. 3 of her Writ Petition. The petitioner is accompanied by Muhammad Ramzan Khan son of Khan Muhammad and Muhammad Hassan son of Jewan Khan whose identity cards No. Are as under:-- {{TABLE}} Muhammad Ramzan Khan:241-49-221780 Muhammad Hassan: 241-85-107891 {{TABLE}} The aforesaid Muhammad Ramzan first posed himself to be the real maternal---uncle of the petitioner but subsequently came out with the truth that he had got no relationship witty her.
3. Similarly Muhammad Hassan son of Jewan Khan has also got no relationship whatsoever with the petitioner. Both of them are trying to frustrate the material relationship of the petitioner with respondent No.6. Both of them have admitted before me that they had stayed at Yaseen Hotel in the Old Anarkali after they came from Bhakkar a day earlier. From the above narration it is apparent that the association of these two persons with the petitioner is clouded. They failed to advance, any good reason before me for accompanying the present petitioner. Their stay in a hotel under one roof cannot be countenanced. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as having been filed with some ulterior motive. A copy of this writ petition alongwith this order be sent to Superintendent of Police Bhakkar, who shall call respondent No.6 Raza Muhammad as well as father of the petitioner and proceed in the matter in accordance with law and bring the miscreants to book. It is further directed that Superintendent of Police, Bhakkar shall transmit his report to the Registrar of this Court regarding the action taken by him within four weeks.
