1. DECISION Mr. A. Majeed for the appellant and Mr. Masood Mirza for the Respondent. The learned Representatives for the parties agree to the following terms :-- (1) The Management would pay Gratuity commencing from 1-4-1963 to September 1970, at the rate of 15 days' wages for each year.
(2) The appellant will also receive earned wages for the month of August, 1970. (3) Wages for Earned Leave, if any due. 2. ln view of this concession by Mr. Masood Mirza on humanitarian grounds because the appellant has a large family as his reply to the show- cause notice discloses, Mr. Majeed does not press his appeal. It may also be noted that this will not be made a precedent by other workmen of the factory. The payment will be made by the end of this month. Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
