1. ORDER The complainant is absent. In this case the proceedings have beeni instituted upon complaint under sections 54, 57 and 58 of the I.R.O. 1969,m which are non-cognizable offences. The charge has not been framed so far.l The accused are, therefore, discharged under section 259 of the Cr. P.C.
